You can apply for any domain that has a status of tbr or suspd. Some are on the current tbr list and will be released the next Wednesday and the others are more speculative.
When a domain is published tbr, we scan the request file to see if anyone has requested that domain. If so, we date it and the tbr bid process begins.
We will not accept multiple applications for any domain.
